Payment Confirmation: Payment confirmation is done automatically by the payment provider, who is responsible for validating the purchase on our website. In order for the payment to be confirmed, you will need to provide your billing details and choose between credit card or bank slip. It may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the rules of the payment provider, bank, and card brands.
Order Tracking: All orders have a tracking code.
Shipping time and shipping the tracking code:
If you have any questions about your order or wish to obtain more details about the tracking, simply contact the store support. The shipping time and the shipping of the tracking code is from 3 to 7 days after the payment confirmation by our system. The tracking code will be sent to your email after the order is dispatched.
International Shipping:
Your product is shipped directly from our distribution centers outside Brazil. Our estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 days, which could extend up to 90 business days, depending on the location. We offer the option of Free Shipping and also Express Shipping, for which we will charge a fee of R$ 14.89. We guarantee that a tracking code will be sent for both types of shipping so the customer can track the delivery progress.
Tienda Havan guarantees that your order will be delivered. We make it clear here that we assume the responsibility to refund the full amount paid for a product that may be lost or misplaced before receiving the product through the Brazilian delivery system, Correios.
Taxed or Recorded Products:
Most, approximately 99% of orders placed at Tienda Havan, are delivered by Correios to the address provided by the customer, with no additional cost. However, in rare cases, the order may be taxed by the Receita Federal. In these cases, Correios sends a notification to the address registered at the time of purchase, informing the customer that the product has been taxed. The notification requests that the customer pick up the package at the specified Correios agency by paying the tax. In this specific situation, we advise you to inform us of what happened as soon as possible.
We ask that you notify us of the tax charge so we can guide you through the process. If you act differently from the above, we are not responsible for refunds of fees or taxes.
Shipping Address:
Tienda Havan will handle the shipping of the products to the address you request. Therefore, to avoid issues with the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay full attention when completing the address (e.g., house number, street name, neighborhood, postal code, city, state, apartment, block, etc.) where you want to receive your order.
Recipient Absent:
Make sure someone is available at the address to receive your products during the scheduled delivery times. Correios will attempt to deliver the product three times. If no one is available to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Correios agency to the address. In this case, the recipient must pick up the package from the Correios agency as soon as possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
If the address is completed incorrectly or incompletely, the package will be returned to the manufacturer. Additionally, in these cases, the three delivery attempts will not be made, which is the standard procedure for cases where the recipient cannot be found.
Address Change:
For the purchase to be received, it will be necessary for the new resident to receive the order on your behalf. In this case, if the postal worker is informed that the recipient has moved, the purchase will be returned to the sender. Therefore, we ask that you follow the progress of the purchase with your tracking code and collect it in advance at the local Correios agency.
Purchase Detained in "Verification by Receita Federal":
Any product entering Brazil must be verified by the Receita Federal. This procedure is standard and mandated by law. Due to high demand, it may take a few days for your package to go through this process. Once verified, it will be sent to the Correios distribution center for prompt delivery.
Package Not Located in Correios Postal Flow:
This may cause a delay in delivery. This notification indicates that Correios has not yet located the package registered with your tracking code among the received parcels. This process may take several days. Once located, the package will be sent to the nearest Correios agency to you and will then be delivered.
Order with Multiple Products / Partial Delivery:
This can happen, and you don’t need to worry. The products may be from different suppliers and therefore have different tracking codes for each supplier. In this case, deliveries may occur at different times, as packages may be cleared by Receita Federal at different times at customs.
